Day 1 :

Marrakech – Imlil (1,700m) – Sidi Chamharouch – Toubkal Refuge (3,207m)

Morning Departure from Marrakech
Departure from Marrakech by vehicle toward Imlil, located at 1,700 meters above sea level. Upon arrival, meet your local mountain guide and mule drivers, who will assist with luggage transport.

Trek Through Berber Villages
Begin your hike with a gradual ascent passing through the village of Aroumd (Around), surrounded by terraced fields and traditional Berber houses.

Sidi Chamharouch Pilgrimage Site
Continue toward the sacred Sidi Chamharouch, a well-known pilgrimage site for Moroccans seeking healing. Enjoy a short tea break in this welcoming mountain setting.

Ascent to Toubkal Refuge
Resume the trek southward toward the Toubkal Refuge (Chalet du Toubkal) at 3,207 meters. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch, settle in, and rest before dinner.

Overnight at Toubkal Refuge
Dinner and overnight stay at the Toubkal Refuge.
Walking time: approximately 4 to 5 hours.

Day 02 :

Toubkal Refuge – Mount Toubkal Summit (4,167m) – Imlil – Marrakech

Early Morning Summit Ascent
Very early in the morning, begin the ascent toward the Mount Toubkal summit (4,167m). Reach the highest point in North Africa and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the Siroua Massif, Mgoun Massif, the Haouz Plain, and surrounding High Atlas peaks, weather permitting.

Descent to Imlil
After time at the summit, descend back to the Toubkal Refuge, then continue the descent toward Imlil.

Return to Marrakech
Transfer back to Marrakech by vehicle, arriving in the late afternoon around 17:30.
