Yes, absolutely. The balloon flights are operated by a licensed, experienced professional crew following international aviation safety standards. All passengers are covered by full insurance. Safety briefings are provided before every flight, and the pilot continuously monitors weather and wind conditions.
Pick-up from your Marrakech hotel is between 04:30–05:30 depending on sunrise time. We confirm your exact pick-up the evening before. The flight itself is approximately 1 hour. Including transfers, preparation, and the post-flight breakfast, the full activity takes about half a day — you'll be back by mid-morning.
Safety is the absolute priority. If weather conditions are unsuitable (high winds, storms), the flight will be rescheduled to the next available morning. If rescheduling is not possible due to your travel dates, we will offer a full refund. We recommend booking a few days before your planned departure from Marrakech to allow flexibility.
